One Album. Two Announcements.

First, it is with great excitement that I present Sketch of a Promised Departure, my first full length album since 2019’s The Flood in Color.

Ten brand new songs featuring performances from world-class musicians such as Robert Ellis, JT Bates (Big Red Machine, Taylor Swift, Trampled by Turtles), Andrew Marlin (Watchhouse), and Zack Hickman (Josh Ritter, Ray Lamontagne).

There are 300 copies of limited edition 12” vinyl on Metallic Gold available.  There are beautiful packages available that feature custom handwritten lyrics.  And there are a limited number of private shows available to support the album.

Second, I present to you The Nation of Heat Vault. A repository of my entire creative output which includes a full album catalog, a complete podcast library, and a newsletter archive.

What do these two announcements have to do with one another? Subscribers to The Vault can stream and download the new album in it’s entirety right now!

What’s more, if you pre-order the album or make a purchase of ANY kind from our store, you will receive a code for a free month’s subscription to The Vault.

In support of the new album we are offering a limited number of private shows. If you are interested in hosting one, please let us know here.

Thank you for supporting 100% independent, American music.

Yours in music,
